Achieve Great Results By Being Naturally Yourself

Hey my friend,

One of the BIGGEST LIES in our culture is the idea that you have to “work hard” in order to achieve your dreams.

Now this is a very tricky idea…

Because obviously “hard work” is an important factor in achieving top-performance in any field.

If you watched Tiger Woods practice golf, or Sidney Crosby practice hockey… these dude were relentless.

Tiger Woods would sneak out at night so that he could go get a few more rounds in…

his parents had to pry him away from his golf clubs so that he could come eat dinner.

”So, Adam, how could you say that hard work isn’t important for achieving your dreams?”

Because most of us completely mis-understand what “hard work” actually means… what drives it… and how to unleash it within yourself in a way that feels natural and authentic.

“But I Worked Hard For It!!!”

How many people do you know that “work hard” at their 9-5 job…

day-in, day-out

only to make a below-average salary…

for their entire lives.

How many people “work hard” at multiple jobs… staying up late nights… skipping meals… exhausting themselves…and still not becoming top-performing professionals in their field? Or creating a life that they enjoy?

It’s because hard work in the wrong direction leads nowhere.

Top-performance is NOT about working hard.

It’s about finding the right path, and allowing the energy of EXCITEMENT and ENTHUSIASM to naturally push you to stay up late nights and practice your craft.

“Mom, 5 More Minutes, PLEASE!”

The ultimate goal of life is not to “be successful.”

It’s to “be successful” in a way that feels natural, fun, enjoyable, creative, expansive, joyful, free, and abundant.

Many of us mistakenly believe that if we can “grind hard enough” on some path that we hate … then eventually we’ll be rewarded.

Newsflash:

THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS!!!

When we look at hockey legends like Sidney Crosby… we see someone whoworked their ass off to get to the top of their field.

But, many people get hung-up on his intense practice routines and early mornings… that we miss what was actually underneath his “hard work” … fuelling his dedication.

A genuine. Authentic. Real. Child-like PASSION for hockey!

When he was a 8-years old… his Dad would take him to the ice-rink…

and after hours of skating… Sidney would have to beg his Dad to stay “just 5 more minutes” so that he could skate a few more laps.

We might look in on him from the outside and say “wow! what a hard worker!

But, the truth, is that Sidney’s natural energy of excitement was pulling him to obsess over hockey.

He didn’t have to:

A. put it into his schedule

B. read a motivational book

C. force himself to do it

He just naturally loved what he was doing and the rest followed from there.

(I’m sure as he got older he used schedules and stuff… but all of this was drivenby his PASSION!)

This is the power of finding your true authentic genuine Life Purpose…

When you’ve found your true goal and are moving towards it along your true path

then all of the “hard work” will happen automatically… as a genuine expression of your burning passion for the thing.

“The Pendulum Rule”

The big mistake that most of us make is looking up at the “stars” of our world and thinking that:

If I can just copy him/her … then I’ll be successful!”

So, we copy their routine, their training method, and their work ethic…

but we forget that we can NEVER copy their true authentic passion for their sport (or whatever field it is).

In the book Reality Transurfing, Vadim Zeland talks about an energetic-information structure called a pendulum.

A pendulum is basically a collective thought-form that leads you astray off of your true heart’s path so that it can feed on your precious life energy and use it to accomplish its own selfish means.

(example: a cooperation implants a “group-identity” into its workers so that they lose their true identity and are willing to devote their precious life energy to building the corporation’s agenda, often at the expense of their own)

“Work hard, and you’ll be successful!”

…is one of the pendulum’s FAVOURITE mottos!

The pendulum likes to dangle a carrot in front of your face (the image of being a wildly successful celebrity, whom everybody loves)

and then tells you: “if you follow my path diligently, and work hard without asking too many questions, then you’ll eventually get to be as wildly successful as this person you admire!”

What the pendulum conveniently fails to tell you is that:

The stars that you admire didn’t become successful by following somebody else’s path. They didn’t ‘grind’ just for the sake of grinding. They followed their true genuine passion in life, and let that enthusiasm carry them forwards. They gave themselves permission to “be one of the lucky ones” who has the luxury to play like a child all day and all night… following their heart’s true path… simply because it feels right.

What’s Your True Goal?

What would happen if you took the entire day off and stopped thinking about work?

Imagine that you already have $10 000 000 in the bank…

and you don’t have to worry about “getting ahead.”

Imagine that you’re already supported.

You’re free to relax.

Yesterday I did this, and I naturally ended up:

  • meditating for 2 hours
  • eating super healthy
  • reading multiple books/audiobooks
  • exercising
  • coming up with many great ideas to share publicly

Without trying at all…

I naturally ended up meditating for multiple hours and reading many books…

what other people would consider “hard work” … I did automatically

because I like it.

This reminds me of when I was a little kid, my mom bought me a $1 yo-yo from the dollar store…

I loved it so much that I would practice for hours every single day, looking up tutorials on the internet and trying to learn all the new tricks that I could.

Eventually, after a few years, I became very proficient at doing yo-yo tricks

I ended up performing at my school talent show, and even started a whole trend of dozens of kids buying yo-yo’s at my school.

But none of the other kids ever got as good as me…

Why?

Because they weren’t as naturally obsessed with doing yo-yo tricks as I was.

Where I would practice the same trick for 3 hours straight…

other kids could try to buy the most expensive gear… without realizing that I learned most of my tricks with a cheap yo-yo.

I wasn’t doing it for the status or the recognition…

I was doing it because I fucking loved yo-yos.

So,

Take time to observe yourself:

  • what are you obsessed with?
  • what do you stay up late nights thinking about?
  • what makes you feel excited like a little kid?
  • if money didn’t exist… how would you spend your day?
  • if you didn’t have to worry about “making a career” … what would you do?
  • what does your soul long to do?

These are super important questions to help you discover your Life Purpose!

Aligning with your true authentic desires in life (that are already pre-coded into your soul) is a KEY part of the self-actualization process!

In fact, the whole point of self-actualization is to ACTUALIZE your true gifts + talents so that you can create a life that feels like you’re constantly in the flow state… where you’re challenging yourself to do amazing things because you LOVE IT!

Alright, hero!

It’s time for you to go on your journey!

(within)

Follow the path of your “true heart” and don’t be led astray by those nasty pendulums!

Flow, ease, peace, and fulfillment await you!

(or, you can keep “grinding” for somebody else)

Your choice! 😉

Sincerely,

Adam
