This is a really great talk by the creator of Human Design, Ra Uru Hu.

It talks about why making decisions from your mind leads to inauthenticity and lack of fulfillment.

When you know your human design chart, you can use your innate Strategy and Authority is make decisions from your body that is more aligned with your physical and energetic makeup.

I realize that this talk may be a bit advanced for beginners, but is still very insightful. Save it for later if you’re interested in Human Design!

In learning about Human Design. I learned that the supernova from 1987 allegedly bombarded the population of Earth with a massive amount of neutrinos which caused us to go through a rapid evolution in body and consciousness. 

Supernovas are the creative force of the universe. Everything we know and see is essentially stardust. 

What a cool idea!

The book I’m learning from is called The Definitive Book Of Human Design by Lynda Byrnell.

The second incident was an extraordinary cosmic event that was seen with the naked eye from a mountaintop observatory in Chile. It was a supernova – the death of a star, and a vast explosion of incredible intensity. With its dying breath, that star bombarded our planet with subatomic information, and for 14 minutes everybody on Earth received three times as many neutrinos as normal. The impact or imprint of that event on human consciousness continues to unfold within and around us to this day.
